I got a note from a certain quilt friend....."we need to make this quilt" she'd seen it over here. So what else could I say but....OK!!!
As soon as all the kids and husbands vacated the premises, we picked out fabric and cut out all the blocks. And this afternoon, I put together 10 blocks.....Yipee! A really quick quilt!
This quilt is a pattern by Sandy Gervais from way back in 2003 called Tree Up! Lights On!
Now, it's back to the machine....who knows, maybe I'll stay up tonite and do 10 more....only 30 in the whole quilt, so this is really moving along....stay tuned.
Hugs and Stitches!
Megan

Megan,
Those look great. I have 15 paper pieced stars to do. Could I just fax them to you?!

I am so glad to see those Christmas tree blocks on your blog. I saw a quilt of them last fall and just today I was trying to remember exactly what it looked like because I thought I might try to put one together for this Christmas. I think I can figure it out from the picture. Thanks for showing it.
Rhondi---I would really suggest getting the pattern---there's a real "method to the madness" with this design. Megan
