While the beloved Bernina is in for annual maintenance, there's hand work going on. I pulled out this pattern to do a little needling..
and in no time flat I had the embroidered panel done.
But here's the Ugh part.
I used Transfer Eze for the guide. After I finished the stitching, I pulled off the big peices and then soaked the piece in cold water.
Now I seem to have a black haze around where the stitching lines were...
I tried soap, but no luck. I tried soaking more, no luck.
Any suggestions?
Hugs and Stitches!
Megan

I would try a color catcher or a little synthrapol.

You could always blow it off and act like the fabric came that way! Although, it would drive me crazy!

How about soaking it in Oxy?

Try using a little bit of bar soap. Sunlight works well.

Ugh is right. I wish I had the miraculous answer but, no. Maybe stitch in some orange flames and you can have flowers in front of an approaching forest fire. Yes, I agree, it is a bad idea.

Your last try should be Lestoil! It is amazing and has always worked for me.
