In the Middle of Madness

This week has been CRAZY!  -- Five classes in 3 days and then a day of torture yesterday----no it wasn't the dentist, I had to get my picture taken!

But I did manage to get the sample done for FabricLand
Fabricland_applique_2
no, this is not a Photoshop composed image, it's the actual quilt top.  although something about Typepad seems to changes some of the colors slightly, it's actually a little richer in color that this image.

Since the class is hand-applique, I had to do some fast stitching this week, but I'm pleased with the results and especially happy that it's done!   Now a little quilting and binding and it's off to my friends at Fabricland.

Then maybe I'll catch-up with Dear Jane and CWD---seems I was only caught up for about 1-1/2 days, now I'm behind again!

Or maybe I'll just take a walk in the park....

Hugs and Stitches!

Megan

Beautiful!

WOW! It's amazing....your sample turned out wonderfully! I'd certainly take the class!

Wow love the border too!
can't wait to see this one in person.

Beautiful! Impressed that you got it together so fast.

Love the pieced border! You're speedy!

That is really pretty. I'm so envious of your speed with hand work.

I love this quilt. Well done Megan.

Love the sample. What Fabricland are you teaching at? I'm wondering if you are teaching in Toronto. Also what fabrics from Fabricland are used in the sample?

Oh it is so lovely and bright. Great job.
