Today was class sample day....I worked on 2 different samples, for 2 shops, for 2 classes. The first one I got finished was Tote Tuesday at the LQS. This one is the very easy, Open City Tote by Penny of Quilts Illustrated.
Here's the problem with this tote....you can't make just one! It's so fast and easy and great looking too. So while this one goes down to the shop, I'm starting on another,'cause I have the patience of a 2 year old and can't wait til after the class to get it back. Guess after the class, this becomes my very first Christmas gift.
Sometimes it's nice to take a break from the big quilting projects to do a fun little project....and Penny's bag hit the spot.

Open City is my personal favorite, and you made a such a beautiful bag! Good for you, I am glad you enjoyed making it, they are habit forming!
